Renovation work that keeps a building in good condition
Most of our renovation work happens in the buildings we manage. A unit gets turned over between tenants. A tired hallway or entry gets brought up to date. A deck or a roof gets rebuilt, or an energy retrofit brings the running costs down.
We do the same work for owners who are not on a management agreement with us. Either way our team runs the project from start to finish and keeps your building in good condition.
On a building we manage, the work usually comes out of something we already flagged, so it gets planned and priced before it turns into an emergency. On a building we do not manage, tell us the job and we will come and look at it. You get one price, one schedule and one company answering for the result.
Who does the work
Our own crew does a lot of the work themselves. Anything they do not do, we hand to a trade we have vetted and insured, the same people who finish our new builds. You deal with us either way, and the scheduling is ours to sort out.
