Property management

24/7 emergency line, answered by us

We specialize in condo buildings, which means most of our work answers to a board. We build the budget, keep the building in good repair, and pick up the phone when the boiler goes at eleven at night.

Anything to do with a property we manage we either do ourselves or arrange, from cleaning and repair scheduling to unit turnovers, financials and compliance. We look after rental properties for a number of owners too.

    Roof, deck, siding and awning work, by our own crew or a trade we have vetted and insured.

Half of our work is building new homes. We handle the planning and the tendering, then walk the finished house with you before you get the keys.

Who we are

Kueppers Property Services started in Charlottetown in 2019, and we now manage condo buildings and rental properties across Prince Edward Island as well as building new homes. A lot of the work we do with our own hands rather than handing all of it to somebody else.
